(Podcast/Video) THE FOUR HORSEMEN - In 40 Minutes

Welcome back to our In 40 Minutes series where we curate what we think are the best 40 minutes of music from an underrated band's career ... with headbangers and hard rockers in mind (ie. you won't be hearing many ballads!).

Basically, it's what we'd put on a single vinyl release (being limited to 20 minutes per side) if we were asked to put a Best Of record together to convince the uninitiated long haired miscreant that this band is worth checking out.

This episode is dedicated to psuedo-southern rockers and boogie enthusiasts ... The Four Horsemen.

Here we have a band that truly should have been huge. Great song writing, amazing performances and blessed with one of the greatest frontmen I've had the pleasure seeing perform live. Sporting a unique blend of old hard rock, boogie and southern rock, The Four Horsemen's retro-rock caught on in pockets of North America (including my native Toronto), but didn't capture the flag before ultimately dissolving after a couple of members passed away in accidents (one drug and one traffic).

Despite all of that, we, the listening public, can feel like it's 75 again by listening to these gems. Hail!!!
